When My Life Changed (Jeff x BEN) Ch. 4When My Life Changed Ch. 4: Scared to death.
BEN followed Jeff out the back door. "Wait! Stop!". He shouted. Jeff stopped where he was, noticing that he had no where left to run. He was cornered inside the fence. "Why." He softly said. "Please....tell me what your hiding......" "I'm not hiding anythi-" Jeff froze where he was, in shock. It had started to snow.
He took a step closer to his cornered friend. "Come on, you said you would tell me everything!!"
"I know! But if i told you this, it's gonna ruin our friendship!! I don't want that!!" Jeff shouted tearing up. "No it won't! Please! I'm worried about you!" the ghost's voice cracked.
The snow that was slowly falling began to fall harder and harder as they both stood in the cold. By the time one of them spoke again, there was around 3 inches of snow on the grownd.
"Jeff......please!" BEN tried to reason with him. Jeff just stood there, crying and freezing cold. "Why should i bother telling
When My Life Changed (Jeff x BEN) Ch. 8When My Life Changed Ch. 8: All my fault?
BEN looked up from the young killer's hoody. "What?" He asked. Rain sat down by the road next to him. "I said, thats not true. He missed you so much and there is no way that just because you love him, he wouldn't wanna see you again."
"How do you know?" BEN said still crying. "I chased him around the house and out into the backyard! I cornered him out in the snow and I watched him fall face first onto the ground, seeing his blood paint the snow! I have no doubt in my mind that his blood is still out there! So after all of what I have done, what makes you think that he would have ever wanted to see me again!?"
Rain looked at her feet and moved around the snow that was still on the ground. "Because he loved you too..." She said looking at BEN's red face. ".....h-how would you know?"
The deformed creature sighed. "In the time of you being gone, I kept Jeff company. He told me everything that was botherin

BEN continued to cry on the floor. The nurse watched as tears slowly formed in her eyes. She may not have know Jeff or BEN at all, but she still felt really bad for them. He slowly got up, and walked over to the bed that Jeff laid in. "I'll leave you alone." The nurse said before walking out of the room in tears. BEN looked at the perfectly still form laying before him. He reached for Jeff's hand shaking. "H-hay Jeff." He said tearing up again.
"I'm so sorry for what I did, I shouldn't have just let what happen go! Now you'r gone.........and it's.......all my fault........" He said, falling back on the floor. Jeff's hoody was laying in the chair by the bed, so BEN took it in his arms and held it close. It was still warm as if Jeff had just taken it off. As he got back up off the floor, his knife and phone fell out of the pocket. BEN pick them up and placed the knife i

Rain walked out of the hospital. Taking the killers hoody out of BEN's arms, she wrapped it around him to keep him warm in the cold winter night. As she walked home, she looked down at BEN, who had been sleeping peacefully, despite having the snow fall on his face, he was tired enough to sleep through it.
She sighed. ".......please don't be upset.......when you awaken....." She said in a quiet voice, trying her best not to wake him up.
When she finally got to the house, she walked in and set BEN on the couch still wrapped up in Jeff's hoody. "Sleep well..." She said, curling up like a dog on the other side of the couch, and fell asleep.
When she awoke the next morning, BEN wasn't there. Only Jeff's hoody was left laid open on the couch. Worried, she ran up the stairs and stopped at the door to Jeff and BEN's room. The door was wide open. Looking slightly around the e

BEN began to worry even more. To have just come home for the first time in months, he wasn't expecting anything to be dangerously wrong with Jeff. Now his best friend was in his arms in pain......and he didn't know what to do.
Jeff struggled to get up. "I'll be fine.....don't worry" he said as he slowly walked down the stairs to the living room. "Jeff wait!" BEN shouted as he ran towards the murderer. "I'm worried about you.....are you sure you'r gonna be ok
Jeff turned around and laid a kiss on BEN's forehead. "I'm sure......don't worry" he tured back around and starts walking again. BEN just stood there, shocked about what had just happend. His best friend had just did something, that he never done before. He would never even think about doing that!
"Hey Jeff?" BEN asked. "Yes?" Jeff tured around again to face the ghost. "W-what was that?"
"What do you mean?" Jeff gave a puzzled look. "You.........uhh"
When My Life Changed (Jeff x BEN) Ch. 2When My Life Changed Ch. 2: Welcome home.
Rain froze. "WHAT?! HE IS??" She would have fallen out the window if Jeff didn't grab her arm. "BEN is coming back home" The killers eyes filled with tears as he gave Rain a hug. He then reached for his computer and turned it on.
"I wonder how long till he's here" Jeff said as he keeped his eyes on the computer screen. Thats when he noticed the screen get darker and darker like a shadow was being cast on it. "It's about time you turned on your computer!"
Jeff almost fell off his bed as he saw the face of BEN come through the screen. "oh......sorry......did i scare ya?! XD" BEN asked. "BEN!!!!" Jeff said as he tackled the cyber ghost to the other side of the room where his bed was.
"I'm guessing you're happy to see me?" BEN laughed as the killer held him close. "Are you kidding! I missed you SO MUCH!" he said continuing to death hug his best friend. Rain watched as the two boys almost killed ea
Jeff the KillerMusic drummed in my ears as I gentle almost jogged my way home. I had made the stupid mistake of staying at my friend's house a couple more hours than I should have and was forced to walk the dark and long way home. I glanced down at my phone, telling me that it was half past midnight, making me sigh aloud. Thank God my parents weren't in town. I'd surely be grounded for staying out this late. I was still about half an hour away from my house which irritated me. It was cold and lonely. Nobody was walked outside like me. Everybody was at home, stuffed in their warm beds, while I was stuck in the cold winter of Britain, defending off muggers without even my fists. I can't fight to save my life, so I would pretty much be screwed.
The streets seemed unnaturally quiet. Street lights flickered as I walked under them sometimes but I ignored it and carried on. I was in the middle of Town were closed and closed down shops sat in the damp atmosphere around them.
Something told me to look
Two of a Kind (BEN X Jeff) Ch. 13Masky wandered around the hall that was formed by shadows. He didn't want to touch them, Just in case it would cause a reaction. He hit the wall now and again with his pipe, but that did him no good. "Dammit!" He sat on the floor. "This pisses me off!"
"Aww! He's getting mad!" Insane laughter was heard, making Masky jump up.
"Who's there?!" Masky shouted, holding the pipe firmly in his hands.
"Don't be like that, Tim! I just want to plaaaay."
"Bastard! Don't fuck with me! Show yourself!!"
"Aww! You're no fun!" Someone walked out of the shadows. He smiled. "Hey there, Timmy!"
"Who are you?! How do you know my name?!"
"They call me Cursor. And everyone knows about you, Tim. One of the only humans to survive a run-in with Slenderman." She ran at Masky, who easily dodged. "Ooh! Quick! I also know what will happen if I touch you." She ran at Masky again.
"Let me out!" Masky dodged. "I have to help them!"
"You're not going anywhere. Right, Observer?" Masky's eyes widened. He turned his head,
Two of a Kind (BEN X Jeff) Ch. 6"Finally...." "Now I know it." "He really does love me..." Those thoughts ran through BEN's brain. BEN had been in love with his partner and best friend, Jeff, for the longest time. He just didn't realize it until now. Now realizing what he had just done, Jeff quickly pulled away.
"S-Sorry, BEN!" He said, his face completely red. Jeff stood up, and went to walk away. But, before he could, BEN grabbed the front of his shirt and pulled him back onto the bed, kissing him.
"Don't be." BEN said, smiling after a while. His face was still all red as well. His eyes softened, as did his smile. "I...don't know how to say how I feel. After what happened in my homeland, I've had a hard time expressing myself..." He took a deep breath. "Jeff....I....I..."
"I know what you're gonna say. And I feel the same way." Jeff smiled. BEN's eyes widened.
"Y-You do??" BEN's eyes lit up.
"Yes." Jeff pulled BEN over to him and held him. "I love you, BEN...."
BEN closed his eyes, a huge smile on his
A Turning Point in the Clockwork WarA war of attrition
depends on supply and drawdown,
how much you have and how much you use up.
With personnel, the balance concerns
the influx of recruitment versus
the outflow of casualties, deserters, invalids.
There is only so much loss
that a fighting force can sustain
and still fight.
Pilot Claude Archer was the first
to challenge his invalid discharge.
"I don't need legs to fly," he said,
patting the healed stumps of his thighs.
"My Osprey runs on elbow grease."
The members of the discharge board
paused and looked at each other.
What he said was true.
The Osprey-class fighter jets
relied on hand controls,
and a sharp eye and iron nerve.
Fingers flicked through the stack
of discharge papers -- so many, many pages.
So many soldiers lost, never to fight again.
They could not afford to let slip even one
who might be retained, somehow,
to face the front line once more.
Far less could the war effort spare
one of its best pilots.
So they put Pilot Archer back on the roster,
